Welcome to ISAK - our own sourdough bakery.
In 2020, we opened the doors to ISAK SELLANRAA- bread and bar. For many years, the premises housed the library's children's department, and later the café Gjest Baardsen and the legendary cinnamon rolls. The murals are of course still there today, and we have continued and further developed the cinnamon rolls. At ISAK, we believe that haste is a burden. That's why everything is baked with sourdough, and all doughs, savory and sweet, rise for a long time.
